Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you were going to ask, answered with the transparency you've come to expect from our fee schedule.

Does Mike S still play golf outdoors?

Occasionally, yes, but only when absolutely necessary. When you are sitting on a gem like The Club at Underbrook Farm, you often don't have a reason to play on real grass. We do, however, maintain an Official Lawn Seed partnership, out of respect for the concept of grass.

How much are dues each year?

A lot… and going up. See the fee schedule on the Membership page for full transparency. The fee schedule is not transparent.

Can I become a member?

Nope… highly unlikely. Talk to Jack S. He is your best and only chance into the club… and it's still not a good chance.

How often can I visit Underbrook?

Brad McD has been there 3 hours per day for the last 97 days, so we can confirm the club does not have a limit. We can also confirm the club has considered introducing one, specifically for Brad.

Does Underbrook have any tournaments?

Six per year, including all four of our Majors. Augusta hosts one major. We host four. Draw your own conclusions. See the Tournaments page for the complete record book, including asterisks.

Is the simulator accurate?

The simulator is perfectly accurate on your good shots and experiences documented technical glitches on your bad ones. This is club policy and also physics, probably.

What happens if I'm late on dues?

You will receive a call from Frank M, Chair of the Exit Committee. It will not be good news. It is never good news. If you see his name on your phone, the club recommends paying before answering.

Are dogs allowed?

Allowed? Three of them run our security department. Brady is a two-time Member/Pet Major champion. Show some respect.

What is the long-term strategic plan?

The sky is the limit. First, a member wins a major. Then, IPO. Definitely in the cards.

Is this a real club?

It is the #1-rated indoor golf experience in the world (2023, self-rated, 6–0, one abstention). Next question.
